working hour are stupid most dyes are 12 hour days instead of our normal 35hr week we do 3 hours overtime almost every day with Saturday workings as which is compulsory. Unprofessional language, attitude and behaviour. Management is extremely poor and treat employees like dirt, they act as though they are better than you just because they are management. All management is run through a buddy system and leave no chance for real hard working employees to get promoted. Buddies in operator positions are soon promoted to higher grades and job roles even if they lack the skills or knowledge.
