Supervisors are approachable and very friendly who guides you seamlessly towards the milestones. Team members have other venues to be engaged with, apart from meetings and deliverables. I am a part of one such group, they call it Community Interest Clubs, where me my family and colleagues participate in various activities, to keep our mental aspect up and running.
