Employees can remain in the same position for years without meaningful progression. • Upper management is highly ego-driven and often takes professional disagreements personally, which can create a targeted and uncomfortable work environment. • Workplace hygiene is also a concern, including cleanliness and pest-related issues in common areas like the kitchen. Overall, not a healthy environment for long-term professional growth or work-life balance.
