Even management team is not in sync within themselves. 6. Timelines of the projects are as per the management though process. If they feel 2 months project need to be done in 1 week, they commit 1 week to client and ask developers to sit till 3-4 am. 7. Completing your task is not important, sitting late night does. 8. You wont get appreciation if you work honestly and carefully.
