      Totally boss company. Management does not respect anyone's expertise. Naturally, when a crisis occurs, it can very quickly turn into a toxic work environment. I once saw people running away to places where the boss couldn't see.

      The company owner makes all the decisions without listening to anyone. With every bad decision, the games get worse. When the game statistics go down, he treats the teams poorly, gives penalties, and increases working hours. The HR department is even worse than him.
