Breaks were often discouraged or outright denied, especially during busy sales periods—no lunch breaks at all during key times. The owner consistently made derogatory comments about staff behind their backs and created a culture of fear and mistrust. Questions were met with condescension, and you were often treated as incompetent for needing clarification. The focus was entirely on money, not employee well-being or development. You are required to log every task you perform throughout the day, and if your total time doesn’t match what the owner subjectively believes it should, you're accused of “time theft.” Constant micromanagement made it extremely difficult to work without stress or pressure. Overall, the leadership style was unprofessional, unsupportive, and at times, downright hostile.
