Management has changed many times in the 8 years I’ve worked there. For the most part it’s been a great job but over the last 6 months there’s been a major cultural shift, management lies, they close ranks when confronted. It’s become a watch your back culture if you’re not a favorite. I’ve worked there for 8 years and loved it for 7 of those.

Collaborative culture with respect among colleagues. Leadership is approachable and they really care. It’s the healthiest environment that I’ve worked in!

Minpunten

Change can be slow as there are many employees who have worked there for a long time. This is also a positive thing as it shows it’s a great place to work! But the tenured crowd can be slower to adapt to change.
