Expect a few extra $1000s at the beginning of the year. Great with working with school schedules. I don't expect the same understanding from any other company. Love pot lucks! This can be good or bad depending how you see it. The job can be very stressful for some in terms of goals and numbers to be reached. But nothing is impossible and just takes a willingness to succeed and eventually it should become easy and routine. But training is intense in the beginning and some can't handle it. those are the weak ones. It all becomes easy and routine after a while.
