- Brilliant team; great manager; no micromanagement so lots of freedom and open conversations - you get the idea - For me, work/life balance here has been an absolute delight - Opp. to make an impact; good ideas are instantly taken up and put into the implementation pipeline - Processes are quite nice and agile (as I said above, you make a good suggestion that's feasible, it gets integrated) - Can work remotely from anywhere (cherry on the top)

So far, so good - maybe if I spend a few minutes thinking I could come up with one - but for me, the experience has been quite great so far.

Working from anywhere and payment always comes on time

This company is not currently investing on product and team development. Is a company that has been downsizing heavily in the past few years. Every quarter there are layoffs and they don’t fill in this positions, so in my case I ended up doing the job of 4 people. The environment is hostile, you never know if you’re going to be next. The company is 20x smaller than it was before and sales are not getting better. Think throughly before deciding to work in a company that’s clearly not important for the group anymore.
