Amazing group of dedicated designers. Everyone’s individual talents and personalities are honored and it’s a great mix. GGN is acknowledged as one of the top landscape architecture firms in the world, and promotions here are on par with responsibility. Ethics are embedded; there’s no mission statement. Collaboration, ideas, drawings, and built work are key. There’s an overarching attitude of restrained brilliance.

Minpunten

The place is geeky, intense, and full of perfectionists. If you’re passionate about design, that’s a plus; but if “good enough” is good enough, the extra effort it takes to make something extraordinary might not be for you.

Wide range of project types, very intelligent and motivated people to collaborate with and learn from. Generally supportive colleagues that have very high standards for themselves and others.

Minpunten

Can feel more corporate than expected for a medium size office. Projects a friendly, supportive, collaborative culture that isn't always lived up to. Internal scheduling with head decision makers can be frustratingly difficult.
