Everything was great, but then, out of the sudden the flow of calls dropped drastically. This situation means that contractors are not making any money. The company is routing calls to the interpreters on the shift program (who get paid per hour instead of per minute). Furthermore, they don't even offer a real opportunity to get into the shift program. They're pretty disorganized. I've sent emails asking for help in any way, and nobody answered me... Do not waste your time. Look for somewhere else to work.

There is wonderful communication with coordinators and fellow interpreters.

Minpunten

As a contractor sometimes it can be difficult to have consistent hours but if you let the coordinators know they are more than willing to help.

Great company to work for! I love their call platform since it even shows up right on your screen on how to greet the client , close the call and even their protocols. They don't micromanage and now they even have a shift program, I have worked for them for over 8 years and have been very happy.

Minpunten

I wish they would hire W2 Remote Spanish interpreters paid by the hour, so I don't have to stress every year about doing my own taxes and having to get benefits on my own.
