Friendly coworkers and a good sense of team spirit. Helpful and supportive supervisor. Some flexibility in working hours. Overall, a good working environment.

Minpunten

Definite feeling of "them & us" between contract & permanent staff despite all attempts at being inclusive. Same goes when applying for perm jobs ie decisions are made on politics and whether your face fits.
