GSK has good products, benefits, budgets, marketing materials, company cars, cell phone, credit card, computer, printer, expense account for supplies for your office and other materials.
Minpunten
Manage Care is having a big impact in Michigan and some other states. Physician's may like your products/drugs but if the insurance company will not pay for it, he can't use it with his patients and you will lose market share. Many of GSK best products have generic competition or in the case of Avandia (for diabetes), received some bad media coverage which cost the company billions of dollars. In the last 2 years the company has cut jobs 2 times. Rumors are out already they may have another round of cuts, year end 2009. It's not just GSK making cuts, it's the industry as a whole.
