Pluspunten
GSK Vaccines has great potential and does place an emphasis on R&D. There are many senior scientists with valid experience and in general a positive level of ambition and team work. The pay and benefits are good and the environment for career growth - especially for younger employees is excellent.
Minpunten
GSK Vaccines has a huge bureaucracy which places too high an administrative burden on the business partners within the organization. More problematic is that all decision making powers remain in their original Belgian headquarters despite the fact the company has branched out to North America, Europe and Asia over the last 5 years. The work for many high level employees in satellite sites is not fulfilling.
