The pipeline and product replacement is probably the best in the industry right now and GSK will probably be the largest pharma within a few years. Expansion across the globe means opportunity overseas could be available.
Minpunten
The company continually changes its targets (which is in itself good) but never allows enough time for them to be met. Shareholders mean everything to GSK now and staff are just an unavoidable expense. If you want to work for GSK, ensure as good a pay deal and as high a grade as humanely possible because your chances of progress within this organisation are very limited. They would rather buy in skills than develp staff. There is a huge amount of 'restructuring' at this company which will likely continue for the foreseeable future, making staff morale quite low.
