Managers are focused on achieving results no matter what the cost in time including the impact on families. Systems are outdated and do not communicate properly with each other. Atmosphere has not been conducive to achieving results as the Company has been undergoing major restructuring of it's core business model with major impacts on the employees (terminating - who will be next) and job responsibilities (redefining and in some cases not clear).
