Their is no regard for the input from the staff on the ground who are best placed to tell you what the situation is and how to manage trends Work approach is arcane: you are required to give your all for the company which is okay if you want to grow professionally and as a company. What is not feasible is how they demand it be done- you are basically to harass clients into buying from you. The powers that be have refused to evolve with sales as a service- it is no longer a heavyweight bout involving the number of calls and emails to get results but an intricate dance balancing relationships and solutions The focus for a part of management is cost reduction: all profit is channeled back to HQ with no care for or trickle down to the teams that broke their backs to achieve it Untrustworthy: as far as money is concerned GSM has a very poor reputation. They look for ways of getting out of paying commission and if one insists on dues they find a way of paying less
