When an employee is singled out for firing or forced layoffs they are very effective on keeping moral up. The company has a very strong if your not what we want at any given moment we will replace you vibe. I couldn't be more disgusted with a company. The mental anguish that I received there was nearly career ending. This was the case in 2012. The management has been switched out several times since then and the problems could of been fixed.
