Pluspunten
The employees that work there are young, attractive and energetic. Call it youthful optimism, but it is refreshing to see a lot of positive energy and good ideas from kids out of school. The headquarters is in an amazing location, with a great atmosphere to work in and a top notch cafeteria on the 7th floor (AKA the "GAPeteria"). Aesthetically and superficially it is a wonderful place to work.
Minpunten
The aforementioned optimism quickly gets squashed by the also young, attractive and entitled VP's, of which there are hundreds in the company. Unfortunately these VP's also become part of Senior Mgmt and hence have contributed greatly to the downfall of a once respectable brand. Because the atmosphere is so clicky and catty, it is not conducive to healthy disagreements, and thus breeds the young corporate sycophant who in good turn will be come one of the VP's.
