      It's a job that pays the bills.

      Benefits are severely lacking, no tuition assistance, poor/high cost health ins. As with most security companies, they hire warm bodies to fill positions.

      Good training. Not too demanding in the learning curve.

      Not a whole lot of work where I live. Working out of town 1 day a week part-time with a long commute.

      Poor upper management, Poor training, Poor Staff community. Vehicles are temperamental, and long work hours.
