He is closed minded and an inefficient leader Leadership gossips about lower level staff and supervisors they don’t like Time off HR is unresponsive and only shows up to fire people Residency Program is top priority and general staff get no perks or consideration Values are on the website but are not a priority to leadership, not are they concerned about hiring staff who can see clients with insurance or with Medicare. Leadership is focused on profit and not quality of care. No raises including price of living increases What you start with is what you end with unless you get promoted. Gateway does not pay enough for most staff to maintain a high quality of life.
