Minpunten

401k match only after 2 year vesting period. CEO and management have no clear direction for the company. Employees care more about having fun than working so product launches and other initiatives take longer than they should.

HR is wonderful; you will be able to find some really cool people to hang out with; amenities building has a gym; dog friendly

Minpunten

Onsite only (non-negotiable), no bonuses, no raises, seldom hear of promotions, high turnover, CEO is difficult..., lots of department toxicity, very clique-y environment/atmosphere. Company of ~60 employees. The vast majority are Asian, so if diversity is something you value, you may want to take this into consideration.
