Unjust Employee Dismissals – Employees were frequently dismissed without clear justification, creating an unstable work atmosphere. Highly Political Workplace – The workplace culture was dominated by small internal cliques, making it difficult to focus purely on professional growth and contributions. Unfair Work Assignments – Many employees were given titles that did not match their actual responsibilities, leading to unclear job expectations and role mismatches. Lack of Genuine Training & Development – There was no structured training, and when training was provided, it was superficial and rushed, offering little real value.
