è un'azienda con molte sedi all'estero ed è molto conosciuta sul territorio

Non posso che confermare quanto scritto in altre recensioni: l'ambiente di lavoro è pessimo, molto conflittuale, ai dipendenti non viene data la possibilità di lavorare serenamente e il top management è continuamente alla ricerca di un capro espiatorio per coprire le proprie incapacità. L'HR pubblicamente predica bene... per poi razzolare malissimo. Tutte le decisioni relative al personale si basano sulle simpatie ed antipatie della famiglia proprietaria.

Great people to work with. Also 5 minutes outside of Boston. Week after Christmas off and with pay if permanent employee.

No room for new permanent employees. Italian based company.

Had a great manager and liked the people that I worked with in the United States. There are many wonderful people in Italy as well.

The Italians don't understand how business is done in the United States. They use groupthink based on emotion and make harmful decisions for the business. They consistently set this U.S. location up for failure, and use us as a bank, pulling money out of the business,
