Like one of the other reviewers said, I wish I didn't get hired here.
- C-suite comes off arrogant, unprofessional, and can be unnecessarily mean. Directors and Managers are incompetent, except for maybe one or two. HR might as well not exist. Engineering and tech staff are fine but they're largely left alone and are separate from the toxicity of the floor, so I don't know what it's like there.
- Unqualified senior staff with a tendency to gossip and backstab.
- Company cares a lot about its image but still doesn't address issues.
- An expectation to be on call and constantly available. Facetime matters. Taking time off is probably a bad decision and you'll likely still work.
- Low pay
- Unclear and uneven work division. Analysts seem busier than managers, and high performers get more work piled on them.
- A focus on all the things lower-level employees do poorly without respect for all the things they do well and how hard they work. Constant turnover.
Terrible company culture with traces of fear. I was a little scared to leave this review. Avoid this place and employ your talents elsewhere.
