And if you do get considered, they make you feel like you should be thrilled that they graced you with their attention Promotion process is vague and caters to favorites vs. those who deliver Depending on the group, can have a very toxic bro culture, largely fostered by the leaders of those groups A lot of unqualified insecure individuals in corporate leadership roles making it a very poor environment for high performing individuals
