      Pluspunten

      Genentech takes great care of their people because they take care of customers. They hold on to and are loyal to their employees despite the up and down nature of the pharmaceutical world. Best place to work.

      Minpunten

      Since most treatments are for people on government based payers, compliance is critical and makes marketing very consetvative.
