      There are draw backs to the fact that as a non manager, or lead, it can be more difficult than necessary to get work done when so much information is required to be shared across a man anger / program manager matrix.

      Like any maturing company, it has become more and more top-heavy, placing more and more emphasis on project management and milestones, sometimes over bread-and-butter engineering. I could have half the PMs I have now and do a better job
