The people are supportive, the culture is positive, and the managers in Finance and Program Scheduling are highly knowledgeable. There are real opportunities for growth and advancement, making it a fantastic place to build a career

If you are hired at a lower salary, it’s difficult to catch up later, even with promotions or raises. Negotiating pay at the time of hire is the key, because starting low means staying low in GA

Like any maturing company, it has become more and more top-heavy, placing more and more emphasis on project management and milestones, sometimes over bread-and-butter engineering. I could have half the PMs I have now and do a better job
