Flexible work schedule, great people, working with the military you feel like you're contributing to something very important

Minpunten

Not many - large company with specific contracts so sometimes a department loses the contract and you're not sure if you're still going to have a job

1. Great Pay 2. Supervisors work with you 3. Cleanest atmosphere out of every factory I've worked

Minpunten

1. Mandatory 7 days a week working 8 hours or consequences, (they are in the business of killing people they'll be okay killing you) 2. Their HR isn't there for the family life it'd be okay for a single kid just learning to work supervisors will help the best of their ability though knowing how it is with a family. 3. It gets very very depressing just because there is nothing to look forward to because they cant keep with a deadline and keep pushing any promises of change.
