Huge corporation of hundreds of acquired companies competing against each other. Few opportunities if at a smaller location. Not free to career plan across the corporation. firewalls

1. Great Pay 2. Supervisors work with you 3. Cleanest atmosphere out of every factory I've worked

Minpunten

1. Mandatory 7 days a week working 8 hours or consequences, (they are in the business of killing people they'll be okay killing you) 2. Their HR isn't there for the family life it'd be okay for a single kid just learning to work supervisors will help the best of their ability though knowing how it is with a family. 3. It gets very very depressing just because there is nothing to look forward to because they cant keep with a deadline and keep pushing any promises of change.
