You just need to show up on time, you don't have to do actual work once you're in the office. 4. Great salary and benefits especially for those with a senior title, full-time 5. Interviews for seniors are easy, just spew nonsense about how you believe in Agile 6. They take minimum 6 months to fire anyone for incompetence, or they won't at all 7. 2/3 of all the senior devs are clueless, just blend in!
