The job was not at all what was communicated in the interview. The management discouraged questions during the training process and you were deducted points for not getting it on the first explanation, which was hastily put together as they had not been prepared to train new employees. I was let go quickly during the elimination process, despite getting a sale in my second week for asking too many questions and not logging numbers properly (my question hadn't been answered on logging).
