Minpunten
- No clear picture of what's going on and what's on our plate; product plans may change drastically - The software is ok but full of flaws making it hard for everyone to do their jobs. Plans to rework it have their origin in 2018, but almost nothing's been done since then - Though there's of people you'll enjoy working with (primarily those, who joined the company during the past 1-2 years), there's a few individuals who poison the atmosphere, even in senior management - The leadership style at times is overly controlling. A couple of executives tend to be involved with each single detail of what goes on day to day including some of the most minor things. The controlling style was particularly glaring in the engineering team management where the ability to give credit to others or allow them to be the center of attention or recognition didn't exist. It's a systemic problem seen and felt by former and current team members. There seemed to be fear of not being the smartest person in the room for some reason. I saw it stunt opportunities for personal growth and for others on my team to be recognized - No true leaders. Some declined their attempts to improve their team, others left after a conflict with management. - Some people, especially in product management, are overloaded with routine tasks (such as leading daily meetings), not allowing them do to what they really need to do
