If it was not for the Staff, I would of left 2 weeks after i started. I stayed for ten years Thinking it would get better. NO it got worse. BIG MISTAKE !!

Management have not got a clue about Employment Law or SOP so they make it up. Employee anybody that will work for Low pay, Even if they can not deal or speak English 48 hr before overtime. No food provided on the shift like other groups. Be prepared to suffer.and be a slave. Rota's are so fKed Up if your mates with a manager that does the rota, you will be fine. ish Do not Expected pay rise reviews when they should be. Do not rely on Managers to do anything. keep checking up if they have done it. DO NOT GO INTO A DISCIPLINARY WITH OUT A UNION REP. or a confident work mate.if there are any left.
