Boring industry, not very exciting

Good technology and very family oriented. A very liberal organization if that is what one wants vs. transparency and accountability. VERY hard to get fired.

No accountability at any level, too many mid level management, some of which make no obvious contribution and they keep changing titles to appear relevant; company direction at the mid-level shifts month to month. Targets in sales are unrealistic for the number of people they have and there are no rewards for achievement nor ramifications for failure.
