Pluspunten
It's a small organization with a fairly flat structure which means everyone has a lot of autonomy and ownership over their work. Leaders provide overall guidance and support, but the individual contributors can decide how their work is accomplished. The level of autonomy teams have really encourages emergent leadership and there is a lot of space for people to step up if they want to explore moving into a leadership role. Work/life balance is great at Geonetric. I have worked in both the private and public sector and in various industries. Of everywhere I have worked, Geonetric is in the top two for the work/life balance. Overtime is rare and when there is a situation that requires working after hours, you're able to take time off to compensate.
Minpunten
There are pros to working in a small company, but a con is that it takes longer to get stuff done because there are fewer resources. The healthcare industry is kind of tight financially at the moment, which can make it challenging to make large investments. Geonetric's benefits are strong, but they lack a bonus structure.
