Communication is constant which can be hard to achieve in a remote team but it is top of mind for all teams, leaders and the co-founders. Really nothing comes to mind. Every fast growing company works through growing pains and evolves as they go given the stage they are in. The leaders are very aware of the short term and long term growth goals and create clear alignment around them. As you like growing and adapting, it's all good.
