Pluspunten
The company has grown massively since I first joined but they haven't lost sight of their 3 company values. They always strive to improve, are always data driven, and always try to do right by people. The management are very transparent and it's very refreshing. I really believe in the product and know everyone at GetAgent is doing their very best every single day while keeping the core principles in mind. There are no egos and everyone genuinely wants the best for each other and the company.
Minpunten
In the past, performance and progression has been a bit unclear on a personal level. This was because there were no proper processes in place to track both of these things. This is getting better and should improve over the next few months.
