Senior Management don't listen to their subordinates. Suggestions are totally ignored. Meetings only seem to be focused on the numbers. The needs of the employees are never addressed. The Service Representatives who are in front of the customer every day can't even get a Getinge pen or Coffee mug to give to their customers despite repeated requests at meetings.
