I was only here a short time, but I did not need to be here long to know this was not an environment I wanted to be a part of.
One Partner in-particular is very unprofessional and little to no respect for others. he does not care what the team thinks, openly admits "he is not there to make friends or fans" He is verbally abusive and has quite the temper on him. He will tell you everything your doing is wrong and will find any reason to yell at you and will have no hesitation to yell at you in front of others. He is a bully in every sense of the word. If you work under this partner, do not think for one minute that you have a voice, or can add any input. It will be his way or the highway and be prepared for the "do as I say and not as I do" attitude.
Everyone in the work place dresses professionally, however this Partner will show up in ripped jeans and a hoodie and will meet your candidates looking like that. (Very unprofessional) He will make you feel that anything you do is not good enough. Overall, working under this Partner, will make it hard to get out of bed in the morning motivated to go to work as you will need prepare for what you are going to be yelled at for. Wether you are an experienced recruiter or new to the industry, it will not matter.
I woke up every morning for the time I was there with anxiety due to this one individual and I have a pretty thick skin.
I never talk ill about a company, but this is the first time I have seen such poor management and was quite shocked when I saw this in a professional environment.
