One of the best company, from the first day to my last, give the warm welcoming and send off from Pune Division. Nice Staff with helpful colleagues. Very professional, management also supports the employee. Even though Banglore division is also very suppourtive. I will happily rejoin if there is offer in Gleeds.

Minpunten

Need to work out full consultancy like the design planning and commercial.

Pluspunten

Depends on the client you are working for. If you’re with a stable client, work life balance is good. Typically not 50-60 hour weeks. More in the range of 40-45 hours if you’re efficient with your time. Compensation is towards what the market is offering. Benefits are good. PTO is competitive for consulting, and encouraged to be used.

Minpunten

There is not as much visibility into career growth opportunities currently. Leadership is working to turn that around.
