They take contract from each employees which must be stopped. No employee benefits. No much learning new things. Worst HR team.

It has been a great experience of three years working with E-Softsys and I look forward to many more. A good place to work, learn and develop skills. Supportive manager and Team who help out with any issues at any given point of time. Its always a great initiative that the company takes to gather the employees for the official Dinners, especially the efforts the company took to put up the 25 years celebration. It was a great experience.

E-Softsys is great place to work for. Especially the close interaction with the CEO during the official dinner get togethers is something which is very unique and it does make me feel it is one big close knit family. Absolutely love the work environment.
