We have meetings every morning so that we can ask questions if we decide to or need to with our team leads and assigned Managers or Account Managers. Several of us employees get to work from home also. The Recruiters get job boards when some companies do not give them and make them get their own etc.

If you need a ton of hand-holding and can not learn quickly this will not be for you. This from what I can see is built for people that understand quotas and how to make them work to their advantage. The only con is that if you have not worked in that type of environment than it will not work for you because it is a 100% sales environment.
