Company is growing so you have job security.

Minpunten

You are made to feel like you are not good enough. Constant call out on mistakes made without any appreciation on job well done. Rude attitude and bluntness is the norm in upper management. Over working is applauded, without any benefits; monetary or otherwise.

Global-e is by far the strongest solution in the cross-border eCom space. The solution is well built, with the worlds biggest brands on board to support it. Within company structure, leadership prioritizes internal promotion above hiring externally, which gives all employees an excellent path forward to promotion.

Minpunten

As the company is so large, there can be more processes to follow / red tape to manage. Overall, necessary processes keep everyone working together and aligned so I wouldn't report that as a heavy "con"
