- Lack of transparency on where decisions are coming from. - Unclear documentation, and management blames the workers instead of realizing that they aren’t providing clear and complete documentation. - Religious holidays and disability accommodations are denied. You have to use sick leave to practice your religion. - Management micromanages and only cares about daily “productivity” stats. - You are seen as disposable. - Arbitrary promotions that seem to be based on who is the most obsequious, not based on skill and job performance. - Burnout and mental health issues being exacerbated are common at Global Logic. - Meetings with little to no notice, and meetings that are long and unproductive. - Lack of compassion and understanding from management. - Little to no prospects for a raise, you are given more responsibility without a raise. My mental health took a dive the worse the conditions got, keep that in mind if you decide to accept a job working for Global Logic.
