4yThank you for taking the time to give us your feedback! We care deeply about our people and go above and beyond to provide the support they need. As you know, we acquired the assets of Testology in late 2018. We then spent one year in patient assessment and evaluation. We reached two conclusions in late 2019. First, that the company had a failed business model, and second that there was a serious people capability deficit.
As a part of our Total Transformation 2020/2021 plan, GlobalStep heavily invested in management and facility overhead to totally reshape the practice. This is in addition to a full upskilling of the billable client service staff.
As a part of this plan and learning from the management hiring experience early in 2020 , we have developed senior HR and recruitment capability in-house instead of relying on external firms. We have built a senior management team of a calibre that Testology never had.
