It has been more than 11 years since I joined GlobalStep and I have learned so many things from here. A very friendly environment. GlobalStep is like a family where everyone works hard to achieve goals and help our clients succeed. Most importantly we never disappoint our clients. We feel comfortable here due to the friendly environment, everyone looks at each other as equal and a family.

There are very minor cons that can be easily avoided.

Very fun and relaxed work environment. Could enjoy yourself while working on games.

Minpunten

Work weeks are iffy depending on progression of projects, so could have multiple weeks with no work.

A hand full of genuinely nice people. The break room is great. They are relatively accepting and a very diverse enviroment.

Minpunten

There is a lot of gossip. Pay is terrible. They expect a lot from you for how much they pay. I once watched a guy at work almost OD and they didn’t know how to deal with it at all.
