-Lack of proper payroll system (cheque given always within last 3 days of the month) ** Should auto debit in or give 8 days earlier for staff to bank in. - Very poor management where people with high rank always think their idea are great and would not want to listen to lower rank people opinion. - Non-performance based company, everyone advance together which in other term, the longer you work, the higher you advance in level even if you just do nothing. - Imbalance workload system. Workload like hell for some staff, some staff just enjoy life. - Continued benefit cutting for staff which leads more and more towards working under MINIMUM labour law here. - Does not provide proper training and knowledge. You just get a task and finish it in the way you could in time without concerning the programming performance.
