That changes the whole tone of the conversations you have. I’ve never felt prouder to represent a company. We’re also trusted with a lot of autonomy, which I really value. You’re not micromanaged, but you’re supported. Leadership does a great job of letting AEs run the playbooks while still providing guidance when you ask for it. The team culture is also strong. We share learnings, talk about what works, and genuinely root for each other. It’s competitive, but in the healthiest way I’ve seen.

Sometimes the systems we rely on aren’t fully aligned between departments. Also, expectations are high, which I love. You have to be on your game most of the time. I’ve had to get better at blocking off time just to reset.
